I'm surprised that Dr. Renk is so highly rated. He was fine, but his staff made me feel like a deadbeat. I visited him in December. I had just switched jobs and, although I was automatically covered, my enrollment in my new insurance plan hadn’t been processed yet. I explained that and promised to give my new health insurance information as soon as I had it. Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Definitely! They always call me back very quickly! Did this provider have reasonable prices? They were decent, but not very affordable Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider use excessive foul language? No

My daughter was having alot of trouble we ended up in the ER after the hassle of all of that they could not figure it out so I decided maybe to try a Chiropractor and I wanted someone that did not sell or push anything else but adjust my daughter's back. They really paid a lot of attention to my problem area, which is the reason I went. When I told them where I was in pain they put much of their focus on eliminating discomfort in that area. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No Did the chiropractor update you about the progression of your recovery at each appointment? Yes, they updated me about what stage I was at in my recovery Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit?
