Michael Quirk is an excellent attorney and an expert in consumer fraud. He has won two cases for my family, and over the years we have sought his advisement several times. He is very thorough when analyzing your case, he actively listens to get a full understanding of your concerns, and is very skilled at finding a way to reach the resolution you are looking for. Michael was very professional and pleasant to speak with. While he wasn’t able to take my case, he took the time to talk me through possible options and gave me helpful guidance. I really appreciated his patience and the way he clearly explained things. Highly recommended for anyone dealing with car fraud issues.
Difficult to contact, and never returned my calls. Once we did speak, he was rude and unhelpful. Unpleasant to deal with, and a terrible listener. Kept interrupting and did not follow what I was telling him. Should have read some of the other reviews. This guy was a waste of time.
I could not say enough about how great Michael is. After getting screwed over by a local dealership on a car I purchased, I contacted Michael and within a few months he was able to get the the dealer to take the vehicle back, and I got a little money on top of it. He was very professional, courteous, and timely. He had my back the entire way through, and you could tell he honestly wanted the best outcome for me.
