I could not say enough about how great Michael is. After getting screwed over by a local dealership on a car I purchased, I contacted Michael and within a few months he was able to get the the dealer to take the vehicle back, and I got a little money on top of it. He was very professional, courteous, and timely. He had my back the entire way through, and you could tell he honestly wanted the best outcome for me. One of the rudest persons I've ever dealt with on the phone. Wouldn't let me finish talking and kept cutting me off. He seemed angry to have to be on the phone with me.
