This was my first office visit with Dr Phillips. He was running about 45 minutes late. He quickly apologized. After hearing about what was going on with me he made a diagnosis. To confirm he checked some images that were taken. He then explained what to expect next and referred me to another doctor for a procedure he said he know longer performs. I felt the wait was worth it.
Doctor listened to my questions and concerns and took the time to explain and show me pictures of my problem and explained how it can be fixed. He made me feel that any decisions we make will be well taken care of and that he has concerns for my health now and in the future.
