Michael Kilpatrick robbed me of over $7,000 while doing nothing to help me KEEP custody of my three children: what a joke! Not once did he accumulate information about my living situation that was crucial in the case; not once did we strategize I was a victim of this system that prefers fathers do not have custody of their children, and Kilpatrick is in on it.
How do we get our paperwork and money that is owed to us? Phones have been shut off and office is dark with mail all over the floor. Emails are going ignored as well. I was told the office would be open until the 30th of April.
This guy is smart, updated on laws as they change, we’ve had him for years on a crazy family law case and those going against him were terrified! He’s a force to be reckoned with in trial and I must say, he’s more than just a lawyer.. for our family he’s a hero. Thank you Kilpatrick for being our strength when we were tired of fighting. Mr. Kilpatrick was truly kind and dedicated attorney. I had the privilege of working with him during one of the most challenging times in my life.
