I never had the opportunity to see Dr. Keim due to the fact the receptionist did not want my Certified Service dog in the waiting room. I am 100% disabled and he is always by my side. She was by far the rudest person I have ever met in a position like hers. Due to this I can't recommend this dentist at all.
Dude had no dental assistant.
New to town and broke a tooth. I had a great experience here. I had a chipped tooth and another dentist (that doesn’t accept my insurance) said I would need a crown for ~1500 I came here because they accept tricare and he fixed my tooth without an unnecessary crown. I appreciate him doing only what was truly needed. It took a bit longer to get in (hence why I went to the other place to begin) because it’s a smaller practice and Dr Keim is the only dentist . Dr. Keim and his staff are amazing people!!! They are considerate of their patients and take the time to ensure children are not afraid. If you’re afraid of going to the dentist and need a whole new experience, this is definitely the place to go!
