Dr. Duch fixed a botched shoulder surgery I had been living with for years. I never would’ve dreamed my shoulder would feel and function the way it does now. He’s an amazing surgeon but I also loved the way he treats patients. He talked to me person to person and never made me feel like he was telling me how my treatment would go. He made sure it was a discussion and I was involved in every decision. He’s casual and laid back. If you have “white coat syndrome” I highly suggest you go to him.
Dr. Duch treated me with compassion and truly cared about my healing. Finding a doctor with those qualities is not easy. Thank you Dr.!
WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND DR. DUCH TO FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHICH I ALREADY HAVE. NOT ONLY IS HE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND CARING, HIS BEDSIDE MANNER MAKES YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE AND SAFE. NOT ALL DOCTORS MAKE YOU LAUGH BUT THIS ONE DOES EVERY TIME! GREAT MOOD GREAT OUTCOME HE IS THE BEST!
Dr Duch is a great doctor! he genuinely cares about all of his patients -- he has treated myself and multiple family memebers and friends. All around knowledgeable doctor and great experience.
Dr. Duch was amazing he did my knee surgery back in March 2017. I am so happy I went with him, he made sure I knew every step of what was going to happen with my knee. I would definitely recommend him to anyone!
Michael Duch was the rudest, most narcissistic, arrogant doctor I have ever met! When I asked him to please slow down, so I could understand what he was saying, his response was, 'this is the way I talk and I don't slow down for anyone'! He was so rude and mean that I was in tears and he didn't care! If I wasn't in pain and exhausted I would have told him off and walked out. He thinks he’s God's gift to physicians, but I will not tolerate being treated that way! Also, the office was a dump!

Took My wife to Dr. Duch last month. I am in healthcare management myself and thus see many healthcare providers across the spectrum. The way in which Dr. Duch seemed to dismiss the pain of the patient was surprising. I thought that he maybe having an off day, so when he was even more rude to the patient on the second visit, it was apparent that this was the way he is. He even disparaged the pain specialist in his own practice, saying that he would never go to him. Very Disappointing.

Dr. Duch listens to you and explains what's wrong with you physically and what he thinks needs to be done. He has a great sunny disposition but is not a push-over; is assertive without robbing you of your dignity.
