Was impressed by Dr Prayson and staff
I had my cast removed for a Right arm range of motion brace to be installed and there were none in stock at hospital. Dr wrote me a script and sent me over to Hanger and tbey had none in stock either called around 4 other places only to be told tbey had no right arm ROM braces either. My follow up appointment for the surgery was scheduled 2 weeks in advance they knew i was coming in and would need that brace serious lack of planning experience demonstrated here should have been ordered and waiting for me. Care givers were not professional.
Dr. Prayson personally called me to make an appointment, when my images were passed down from the VP of Premier Health Group. His bed side manner is excellent and came from great reviews of others within the Premier Health Group, but also former patient's friends, who say he is a master surgeon and exceptional in his field. I am beyond thankful for his consideration to help my pain and using the most innovative hardware that I researched and wanted for over 3+ years! He is really amazing!
