Dr. Prayson and his staff are very professional and personable. My only complaint is their office location is very difficult for patients to maneuver... from the hospital parking garage to the hospital to their offices. I saw patients struggling and winded, with their canes and walkers and wished I could help them or call an attendant to assist them with a wheelchair. I am very grateful that I am able to walk the long distance to their offices without much pain, thanks to the excellent surgery .
