Low level of caring for me as new patient. It was apparent by his questions that he had not taken the time to review my medical history that he had easy access to. Thus I deemed very unreliable.
I have been seeing Dr. Portillo since he arrived in Sonora in 1917. He is without a doubt the best physician I have had in my adult years. He is caring and professional, and really listens to his patients. He calls it like it is, even if it's hard to admit that he is right on in telling you what he knows you need to stay healthy.
