Dr. Portillo is the best!
Low level of caring for me as new patient. It was apparent by his questions that he had not taken the time to review my medical history that he had easy access to. Thus I deemed very unreliable.
I have been seeing Dr. Portillo since he arrived in Sonora in 1917. He is without a doubt the best physician I have had in my adult years. He is caring and professional, and really listens to his patients. He calls it like it is, even if it's hard to admit that he is right on in telling you what he knows you need to stay healthy. He speaks with kindness and knowledge. We need more qualified doctors in Sonora like this man. I am blessed to be his patient since he first came to town. I really like this guy. I, we are lucky to have him. He is but one person . Dr. Portillo will have too much on his hands quickly For he was meant to be a physician this one is a keeper. God bless him He is recommended highly too all needing good medical care
