Staff is very rude. If they didn’t want to work they should find another job. Especially Stephany. I called to request records sent for a referral and she was practically yelling at me on the phone with an attitude. She should really watch how to talks to patients.

Dr. Gimness is only our 2nd PCP in 31 years. He is thorough and takes very good care of us. He is very caring, a good listener and an awesome Dr. We cannot say enough good things about "Dr. G". Four family members go to him.
I have called the office and left 2 voice mails. I am new to the area and need a new Dr. Still haven't received a return call!

I too followed him from Winter Haven because I think he's an excellent family physician. He will not hesitate to recommend a specialist if he thinks you should see one. He's friendly, very intelligent, and serious about your health matters. I've never experienced a more helpful family physician...anywhere. His front office staff experiences a lot of turnover, but several have been there for a good length of time, they're the good ones that meet or exceed his expectations.
This was by far the best experience I have had at a Dr. Office. He was addressed all my concerns and was very patient and understanding. He took his time and did a thorough evaluation. I feel like I will never need to find another doctor!!
Dr. Gimness has been my primary care physician for over a year! He takes extra time to make sure all my concerns are answered! I have recommended him to family & friends!
Nice person, clean facility, staff not very professional. The person over the pharmacy and records is atrociously bad at the job. Dr Gimness has a wonderful bedside manner but didn't bother to read my history before our appointments so most of our time was spent going over all the history I had already filled out beforehand. Although very nice he was not very helpful helping me deal with RA problems and did absolutely nothing to diagnosis neck, lower back and hip pain.

The person over the pharmacy and medical records was replaced in May secondary to concerns brought to my attention. I appreciate your comments and bear in mind letting me know directly helps me to make effective changes in my office. With regards to your concerns regarding reviewing your medical history prior to your visit - My wife passed away on April 21st. In the weeks leading up to her dying in the ICU I did my best to take care of both her and my many patients that I care dearly for.
I was having issues finding a good dr..I found Dr Gimness through my insurance company I have to say he is the best Dr I have found in a long time very thoughful and listens to all your concerns and addresses them with you..
Dr. Gimness is a very thorough general practitioner. He is personable, yet professional, has a good ear listening to complaints. I highly recommend him.
