La señora de la recepción ANA D no me quiso dar el apellido completo , le gusta tratar mal a la gente ???? Que mal me hablo por teléfono , yo quería una cita para mi hija en enero y ella que no !!! Que llame en enero … no me quiso informar del seguro ni de nada ! Cuál es su problema para hablarle a los pacientes ??? No debería trabajar con atención al cliente . Muy muy muy decepcionada estoy . Por qué no va a un curso para aprender a comunicarse con los demás ?
Was good and professional but I was informed that my visits were included with the hospital cost, and I was told to come over and over and over for checkups just for them to look at my foot not even touch it and I was charged for each one, I wouldn't have gone as much if I knew
