I USED LAS VEGAS HOUSING EXPERTS, WHICH IS OWNED BY MICHAEL PARKS TO RENT MY FIRST HOUSE I LAS VEGAS. HIS SERVICE WAS GREAT AND HE RECEIVED NO COMMISSION FOR HIS TIME, THAT'S WHAT I CALL A GOOD AGENT. A YEAR LATER I USED MICHAEL TO PURCHASE MY FIRST HOUSE IN LAS VEGAS AGAIN HIS SERVICE WAS GREAT AND I GOT THE HOUSE 20,000 BELOW THE LIST PRICE. This man is GOLD. He totally works 100% for you, not for the quick sale. When you look on the internet everything looks great. Twice I was ready to jump and make a offer, but thanks to Mike's knowledge about Condo Litigation and Renter Ratio, I waited until he found me my dream home. Michael Parks is a true professional. My husband and I live in San Diego and needed to sell our Vegas property in a short sale.
