Front desk staff polite and friendly. Dr Shea, prompt, personable and professional.
Kim in is a walk in and was in the doctor's office less than 30 minutes. I will always see Dr. Shea, because he addresses my eyes issues. I'm having and takes care of it ASAP. Great facility
Extremely professional, warm, and welcoming
Regular patient at EmergOrtho but first time seeing Dr. Michael Shea (for a long time knee issue) Terrific experience. He listened. He understood. He explained. He didn't dismiss me, as often happens at my age. The drainage, and then cortisone shot, of my knee was painless. And that doesn't always happen. Thank you Dr Shea! Only down side - he is not a surgeon. So when that time comes I'll need to start over with knee doctors here.
