Dr. Najar w/out a doubt is one of the best chiropractors in Monmouth County. After suffering w/frozen shoulder, w/in 2 visits I finally started to have relief.
I came into Ideal Chiropractic 2 weeks ago with back and neck pain, limited range of motion, stiffness, achiness, headaches, and TMJ. In that short time, Dr. Najar's chiropractic adjustments and in-office and at-home treatment regimen has provided such relief, it almost seems impossible to believe. Dr. Najar and the team at Ideal Chiropractic changed my life in ways I can only try to explain. I presented with a stabbing, persistent pain in my back that neither time, rest, or medication (including the good stuff) could ease. I can not begin to say what a life changing experience I have had because of Dr Najar. I’ve had lower back pain on and off for at least 3 years. At least 2 times a year the pain is so bad I can hardly move without pain. I’ve tried everything. Orthopedic doctors muscle relaxers I’ve gone to the emergency room thinking something very serious was wrong with me. Dr. Michael Najar is Monmouth County’s best kept secret! A year ago, I had neck pain, back pain and hip pain that contributed to migraines and living a subpar life. What I like about him the most is he is so patient, and listens carefully to me when I’m describing my issue, relief or concern. When leaving his office, I am more aligned and completely dialed in. He really does have the Midas touch. Aside from his bedside manner and deportment to be incomparable, his staff is well knowledgeable, warm, and on the ball!
