Dr. Murphy and staff are fantastic! My son was injured playing baseball and he needed to see an orthopedic specialist. We found Dr. Murphy, an orthopedic sports medicine specialist and head team physician for the Joliet Slammers, and booked an appointment. Dr. Murphy was patient and attentive to my son’s concerns and put both of our worries at ease. My husband has since seen Dr. Murphy for a knee injury and was just as pleased with the care he received as well. We are very happy to have found Dr. Murphy.
Awful experience! Would not refer anyone here. Doctor and his MA lack bedside manner and the billing department lacks efficiency when billing insurance and informing patient of possible billing complications ahead of the scheduled appointment. Medical Assistant has a nasty attitude and very unhelpful. All smiles and giggles at my husband, nasty to me.
