Great visit. Friendly check in. I also watched while they were super kind to elderly guests who were in the waiting room. The appointment was thorough and everything was explained throughout in good detail. The results of the test were also shared and explained which made the visit seem really worthwhile

I felt comfortable during my entire visit/exam. At each step of the process I was informed about what was being tested - tones, words, which ear etc. The doctor was very kind and accommodating.
Everyone in office was caring, professional, and efficient. Dr Morikawa and assistant were tentative, asked me questions about my care and wellbeing and listened to my concerns. They also have history with my ENT doctor and know of my surgical history. My go to audiologist!!!
