Dr. DeSouza is a very kind, patient-oriented practitioner.
Never actually saw the doctor. Scheduled appointment a week ago. Receptionist failed to verify insurance information and because my mother was in a grace period they refused to see her even though insurance company said it was fine. This would've been okay if they would have told us prior but instead they did it 20 minutes into the appt. and instead of accepting responsibility for THEIR mistake they called me a liar and threatened to call the police. I never even raised my voice. Unprofessional
