Dr De Souza has been my primary physician for 12 years. He is knowlegable, wise and compassionate.
Non caring and was really bad in dealing with my child's ADHD office manager was also horrendous

On one occasion, I was travelling and hurt my back, called Dr. Desousa and they agreed to call in a couple of scripts for muscle spasms and did so but the wrong pharmacy. I called multiple times to get it to the correct pharmacy and even asked the doctor to call me. The pharmacy said all they needed was a RX to fill it but the doctor office never responded. I endured multiple back spasms for a 1100 mile trip. What good is a doctor if they don't respond when you need them?

I’m Jennifer Jones, formerly “Lugo” I relocated years, ago, to a beautiful Gulf Coast, beach. I remember Michael Desouza, as a very, passionate, Dr and man. When he looked at me, he always had a smile, as well as I did for him, because I felt a bond with him, unlike any other patient /doctor, relationship. I miss him and would recommend him, to anyone, in his area. I have a lot of medical conditions and Dr. DeSouza has no problems with referrals and or looking at treating me with the proper treatment, his staff is the best I’ve had in the 30 yrs I’ve lived in Deltona
He’s wonderful caring and takes time with you.
Recently moved to area and was needing an internal medical doctor. We chose Dr Desouza at first I was a bit reluctant, but he ended up being a good doctor. He's kind and cares about our health.

The doctor considerate, helpful. He needs to teach the persons who answer the phones to modulate, not sing the words together. Talk slower, both of them spoke rapidly as though there is a prize at the end of their talk. I kept asking them to talk slower. I even said that I hear slower than they talk ( took the blame myself so as not to be critical ). After 3 times of asking them to modulate slower, I had to say just cancel the appointment. Seems as though so many people have listened to rapid fire rap (music???) and forgot h... read more
