Going in I really didn’t know what to expected Dr. Killburn was awesome he explained everything and let know what had to be done. After the surgery very professional and has been since making sure was going good. The entire there is simply the BEST in the United States in my opinion. If you have a back problem go see these folks. I drove nearly 40 miles one way and I think so much of the spine center I told my favorite sister about them and sent her that way to get help. As I said before Dr. Killburn is simply the Best

I had cervical fusion + screws & rods in Jan. 2024 I will say that this is the worst and most painful surgery I have ever experienced and I have had 13 over my lifetime. But Dr. Kilburn answered all my questions and without a doubt the spine center has the best most caring staff ever. And that says a lot about the medical care in Greenwood, SC..

Dr. Kilburn I would like to privately say thank you for what you did for me during my stay at Self from a back stimulator complication 07/24. I’m still having issues but I know what to expect from the complication and what happened. You took the time to figure out what was wrong and didn’t stop until you figured it. Your Best!!! I’ll see you in the near future; that’s how much confidence I have into you.

I have only had good experiences with the spine center.. The staff is excellent, Dr Gowan and Dr Killburn are incredibly knowledgeable and articulate very well their findings, suggestions, and a plan to hopefully help... I am currently awaiting surgery that is a bit scary but can honestly say that I feel I'm in good hands...
