THEY DO NOT FOLLOW COVID PROTOCOL. I went in for an initial consultation with O'Donovan. There was a sign on the front door that said "masks are optional", I should have turned around then. The front desk staff did not wear masks. I shared with O'Donovan my concerns about being exposed to Covid due to my health condition. He then shared with me that he is not vaccinated.
