Michael was able to get the deal we wanted, overall very happy with the job he has done in helping us purchase multi unit family apartments. He knows the market well, was very helpful with advices and local real estate insights. At the end, we were able to get the deal 20% lower than market value. Always replied when we needed any time of the day/week. In the future I will definitely work with him if any good opportunity comes along.
