Working with Mike was an absolute pleasure. The process of buying our first home was really stressful, and because of market conditions, had to be done furiously quickly. Mike stepped up in every way and was ahead on everything the entire time. His understanding of all the variables and willingness to work with us made the whole experience digestible. Michael Nibler was an ideal real estate agent. He helped me prepare and submit an offer - and buy the home - in the span of 5 days.
