Dr Nett performed a hip replacement on me. My recovery was awesome with minimal pain. His communication with patients is exemplary, takes time and answers all questions. Makes you feel like you are his only patient. As far as I am concerned, he is the only ortho I will see.

Always had a good experience with Dr. Nett. During my hip recovery I developed the shingles virus. I called the 631-539-5700 number and left a message. I wanted to make sure that the shingles virus would have no effect on my hip surgery. I received a phone call back from a nurse 5 days later. This may have not been an emergency but I think I should have received my answer sooner than 5 days.
I would recommend the doctor to anyone. He is professional and explains the various course of action/procedures. My surgery (total right knee replacement was a success and I am currently scheduled with the doctor to perform the same surgery on my left knee.
Dr. Nett is an excellent and caring doctor and surgeon. I had two total knee replacements and both were very successful, giving me back the ability to walk again, especially since I also have partially amputated feet. And the thin incisions have healed beautifully and the scars are also fading away. Highly recommend knee replacement surgery and definitely have Dr. Nett do the surgery!!!
I would highly recommend Dr. Nett to anyone looking at a TKR. He is great. Very professional and caring and he is truly one of the best orthopedic surgeons around. It isn’t an easy surgery but after about 3 months you really start to feel the improvement. I am glad I did it and chose Dr. Nett.
So grateful to HSS who will see me next week due to hip pain and an mri showing an issue. Being an established patient calling for same reason couldn’t see me til January. Pain didn’t impress receptionist.
Dr Nett explain everything in detail about what had to be done with my knee. He put me on a list and I had surgery for my knee replacement. The staff was friendly. I had three surgeries with a different doctor on the same knee and just by having a new replacement by Dr nett my knee looks better in one month then it has in years. My knee went in three different directions when i had the three surgeries. Since i had the knee replacement its not going in three different directions. Thank you
