Being 78 years of age, and an avid tennis player, I have had numerous visits to skin clinics. Never have I had such a thorough skin exam! I have told all my friends about the courteous and professional way I was treated by Michael Nelms and his assistant. I would recommend him and the San Clemente clinic to anyone!
Recently moved to San Clement and he was referred to me by a close friend (he removed several skin cancers and the scars were barely noticable). He didn't find any skin cancers on me, but discovered a skin condition that could lead to a deterioration of my joints (which had been hurting for months). Thank you Mike!
Parasitical infestation of microscopic mites living in my skin. Bite pain often wakes me up, leave single red marks and trails. Have seen many dermatologists, but they are out of their depth, knowing nothing about parasitology. Mike Nelms concluded I was insane, it was all in my head. A mental illness that produces red bite marks and stinging pain? When he doesn’t understand symptoms, he supposes they don’t exist. That sounds insane to me.
