Knowledgeable and caring about my condition
Everything is always great!
I used to like this doctor, but not only did he have no idea who I was every single time I met with him, but his office will bill you for wildly inappropriate things you never asked for and there is NO WAY to dispute your charges, so BEWARE. The office is abrupt and extremely unhelpful, too. I should mention that Providence as a company is without doubt the most miserably dysfunctional company I've ever dealt with in terms of customer service as well. I love my doctor Michael Nakata, and the ladies that work at the front that always friendly and Dr. Nagata. He always listens to me any questions that I have he always listens
Medical provider and office staff are responsive and helpful.
Great technician took my blood. Doctor Nagata took lots of time for me.
Dr was attentive, inquiring and explaining, advising what to do.
Dr. Nagata is a very caring physician. He will always follow up with me to ensure that I understand the course of my treatment and make any adjustments to medications if needed. Dr. Nagata makes you feel that you are the only patient when he is seeing me and doesn't rush in and out. I am so grateful to have found Dr. Nagata through my husband. We treasure him as our primary physician. Dr. Nagata is the best physician in the world to us.
