I went for an emergency tooth repair and consult. The provider system to verify insurance was down so I expected to have to pay out of pocket until the system came back online and a claim could be submitted. Dr. Muscato saw me and fixed my tooth free of charge and said he would have his staff reschedule a consult once the system was back up and running. I took my daughter to see Dr.Muscato because she kept saying her tooth hurts. He was so gentle & kind. My baby is only 2 years old & Dr.Muscato was so gentle while filling her cavity, she didn't even cry at all. She barely moved when he gave her a shot in her gums, to numb her tooth. He is by far the BEST dentist & I highly recommend him to EVERYONE!!! Also, the women at the front desk are super helpful, welcoming & beyond polite. I'm definitely a major fan!!

I understand, arugula Garcia, but that person you mentioned, that you refer to as the office manager, has done the same thing to me. I've had. long relationship with this dentist and he is very good. I went in to get the Invisalign process started and to schedule another appointment. I was given a price that I signed off on and paid over half up front but when I got the receipt I noticed the remaining balance was LESS than I was quoted meaning I still owed more than they said.
