Very fast and friendly service. No waiting.
Usually I dread the first appointment with a new clinic, but the staff at Dr. Muncy's Las Colinas office were really patient, very helpful and engaged in my care from check-in to check-out. And Dr. Muncy was great in clearly explaining my issue and treatment, taking time for questions and never made me feel rushed (even though I was a bit late to the appointment!). I've already recommended him to others!!
Dr. Muncy has performed three surgeries on me in the last 14 months. His care and professionalism is only surpassed by his excellent bedside manner. He always answers questions thoroughly and in a manner in which I can understand, and he speaks to any concerns I have. Although he doesn't push his religion (Christianity), he lives it, and it comes through with grace and wisdom. I have two more surgeries to go, and I wouldn't choose any other surgeon.
Dr. Michael Muncy is the best he cares about you and Elite Orthopedics keeps a check on you to make sure you are getting the best care possible. I would recommend the highly.
Compassion is one of the many strong suits of DR Muncy. He answers questions in depth and gives his full attention, which I admire in a doctor.
Dr. Muncy is a very able practitioner who clearly explains what options are available for your care and willingly answers all of your questions. Professionalism prevails throughout the office and I would highly recommend this practice.
I had a very good experience with this dr. Got in quick. Had x-rays. Dr came in shortly after. Gave me a good report. Explained everything so that I completely understood. Will definitely refer him to my friends and family.
Dr. Muncy is the best Orthopedic surgeon by far. I've seen another Ortho doctor years ago same issue. All he wanted me to do was get painful injections that didn't last very long. I struggled with this right hip pain for years. First time meeting Dr. Muncy, very professional and courteous. Had my right hip replaced in Dec 2016 and no more pain. Still in rehab though to strengthen that quad muscle. My scar is not big at all. Follow up appointment was great. I would recommend Dr. Muncy to anyone??
Best experience with a doctor's office and staff in years. Starting with the office staff -when appt had to be postponed--very pleasant interactions with the staff all around. Phys asst also didn't ask me questions I had already answered on paperwork and had X-rays/MRI ready for the doctor. No excessve waiting. Dr. Muncy took the time to answer all questions and explained the medical info without overwhelming and takes conservative approach, which I personally appreciate. Very nice!
