Dr. Muncy and his team have provided excellent care to me and made extra efforts to make the worker's comp process as seamless as possible. I really appreciate Shiela and Jenny putting in extra care to help get me set up and taken care of. Great staff and office overall!

Dr. Muncy told me hip replacement revisions were hard and to let it fail. That tells me even though his bio says he does revisions, he has little experience in them and doesn't like to do them. Failing is not an option. Failing means emergency surgery. Failing means the bones can break. Failing means you actually do fail and can break other bones in your body. Failing means living with terrible pain until the implant fails. Failing can mean your hip can never be fixed and you will be an cripple in a wheel chair until the day... read more

I was referred to Dr Muncy when I asked my primary care physician, Amanda Muir, MD, for an orthopedic surgeon to do my hip joint replacement. I was thoroughly checked by both the PA(I hope I am not offending her by the incorrect title) and Dr Muncy. I was treated intelligently which is not always true with some doctors. I will definitely schedule my surgery with Dr Muncy and am certain I will have the best results possible.

Eighteen days ago DR. Chambers totally replaced my left hip. Dr. Chambers has answered all my questions and I'm looking forward to a pain free life. I will continue to eat a healthy diet & use good common sense. I'm an eighty two year old female with a new lease on life.
Dr. Muncy verified what i already knew. That i needed a hip replacement(i'd already had the right hip done). I explained that i had a cruise coming up in April and any surgery would have to wait until i returned. He was very understanding and recommended an injection for my hip to get me though until my surgery. Had the injection in his office and never felt a thing. Hip is doing better and i expect a great cruise. Thanks Dr. Muncy and the staff of Elite Orthopedics of North Hills.
I have had both hips and right knee replaced by Dr. Muncy. He and his staff have always been professional and courteous to my and my family’s needs. Always listening to questions and concerns, and explaining the procedures. I look forward to get the left knee done in the fall. Jim Arlington, Tx.

I am a 63-year-old male and have been active and athletic my whole life. Dr. Chambers performed a partial knee replacement using the Mako-robotic arm. Dr. Chambers is professional, kind and exceedingly competent. With the exception of some swelling, I have had no problems and almost no pain associated with the procedure. I was back at work in less than four weeks (I'm a neuro-ICU nurse and on my feet 12 hours at a time). It is a relief to be pain-free and look forward to hiking and backpacking
I first met Dr. Muncy a few years ago when he did a hip replacement for a dear friend. She has recovered wonderfully! Sure enough, I began having horrible hip pain about 2 years ago, and once I decided to seek treatment, I immediatetly contacted his office for advice. He has been a gem! The hip is getting better with his help. He is very kind shows genuine interest in well being and treatment of his patients. I will have told everyone I know about his "miracle work"!

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Chambers. He made having 2 knee replacement surgeries within 2 months of each other a very easy process. He is kind and willing to explain everything and takes the time to answer any questions one may have. I do not know what I would do without him. I am 5 1/2 weeks out from my 2nd surgery, and I cannot believe I am walking so well. I owe everything to Dr. Chambers. Everyone should have a doctor that is as good as he is.
