Can't say enough great things about Dr. Moon! I came to yelp looking for a dentist after terrible experiences time and time again. It is difficult enough suffering from a toothache without having the extra burden worrying about dentists being dishonest, pushing treatments on you and being rushed trying to cram as many patients into their day as possible. Before selecting Dr. Moon I went through 3 other Houston dentists. I'm particular about cleanings and being thorough. Dr. Moon is personable, knowledgeable and when I had work done - exceptional. I stayed with Dr.Moon for 5 years and left for a job relocation to Chicago. The entire office was a real pleasure. Professional atmosphere yet relaxing. Also, they don't try to push unnecessary work. I can't say enough about the practice other than I hope to find another like it in Chicago.
I've been going to Dr Moon for over 5 years. He and his staff are extremely personable. I don't mind my usual check-ups, and I always leave happy.
One of my co-worker highly recommended her dentist Dr. Moon to me. He is very patient and explained everything that needed to be done in different stages. The process is painless. Becasue I just started working, so the cost is a little expensive to me. Overall, I think he is good dentist.
I have been going to Dr. Moon for the past four years. Going to see Dr. Moon is always a pleasant experience. He spends a lot of time talking with me and explaining any procedure/problem. He always puts me at ease and is completely professional. He is great about not recommending expensive, unnecessary procedures. The staff and facilities are really nice. I would definitely recommend him to all my family and friends.
Tracy, the receptionist/office manager is the sweetest. Dr. Moon was very relaxed and playful as he drilled about 15 holes in my teeth.
Dr. Moon and his staff have a great attitude and they're very professional and personable. I have never waited longer than five minutes, which is a rarity at the dentist's office. Most important of all, Dr. Moon is very honest and will not do any unnecessary work unlike many other dentists I have gone to. His staff works with my insurance in timely manner and I never have to deal with my insurance. Always have a great experience. The staff are super nice and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes.The office/facility is spotless, has a modern vibe. Dr. Moon is excellent!
I had a quote from another dentist for overpriced and unnecessary services. I e-mailed the quote to Dr. Moon who reviewed it and responded that at least a couple of the charges were questionable, like "lab fees". I visited him, he examined my teeth and concluded what I suspected -- the services recommended by the other dentist were a bit on the agressive side. The previous dentist suggested 2 crowns, a dental guard (to keep from grinding teeth), xrays, and "lab fees" which would have cost me over $1700 out of my pocket after... read more
