UNETHICAL! Dr. Montague forgot to mention a possible treatment plan for injections for my condition but then put in my medical records notes that he did mention them. Those are legal documents and he falsified them. This could have caused serious problems with my short term disability insurance carrier. He didn't even bother to call and admit his oversight, that would have been the right thing to do. Instead, I have had to live with the pain longer than necessary and seek out a different doctor.
