great Doctor and staff.
I have been seeing Dr McLaughlin for probably about 4 years now starting for neck and shoulder/arm pain. I have loved how he explains his approach to his treatments. Beginning conservatively, and continuing as needed with further treatment. Once my neck issues were resolved we moved on to my lower back and have almost worked through that problem also. I couldn’t recommend someone any more enthusiastically. He really listens to you and I like that a lot.
Dr. McLaughlin is incredible. He listened to all concerns. Spent time with me and made me feel comfortable during the visit. Very happy with my experience.
I was address shortly and after a small wait time was taken back to see the doctor. Office environment was only less due to the restrictions of the COVID.

Dr McLaughlin has been treating me for over 5 years. I highly recommend him. He is so knowledgeable of the newest treatments, but he's not at all pushy. Very easy to talk to...he talks TO you, not AT you, and he respects your opinions as well.
Professional, courteous, and effective!
The only thing that would be better is if i didnt have as long of a wait after my appt time for a procedure. Its really annoying to have to wait 30 or more pass time of appt to get procedure done.
Excellent. Never had to wait more than five minutes for any visit. Personable and explains everything, answering questions and taking the time To make sure you’re comfortable. Too bad he only does pain management!
