Very caring and compassionate!
The entire experience was beyond my expectations. Dr Mcdonald was very knowledgeable and had good bedside manner. The surgery staff were very polite, front office very efficient, clean facility, recovery staff very polite and caring. Nice they have this at their facility, much better than a full hospital with who knows what sickness is floating around.
Dr. McDonald clearly explained the procedure to me prior to surgery. My anesthesiologist was really kind and put me at ease. Holly, my recovery nurse, was excellent. She was so helpful, and so nice. She was very caring, and I really appreciate her providing such tender loving care. Actually, the entire staff was great. I felt very well taken care of from the time I entered Dr. McDonald’s office until I was discharged.

Dr McDonald is very personable and friendly. His work is impeccable. He is one of my heros! NWOS personnel are also very friendly and caring. Shayna, Marion and Kim are exceptional at pre-op. Mike wheeled me back with his partner, Madison, they were both awesome. Gary the Anesthesiologist made me feel very confident. Post-op with Gabby, Melody, Leah and Nancy was an excellent experience. Hopefully I remembered everyone. But thank you all very much
Dr. McDonald is very easy to talk to and takes your concerns into account. He lays it all out on the table and let’s you know what procedure is best or not. Never does he pressure you. I’ve had one shoulder surgery and the next is a complete shoulder replacement . I had great results previously and I expect I will have the same outcome with this one. I trust him.
Dr. McDonald repaired both my shoulders. The left was done several years ago and the right this past year. So Thankful for his expertise , I now have full use of both of my arms and shoulders. He explained the process and what to expect. Following his care I'm back enjoying my favorite hobbies . His staff and care are why I now enjoy my gardening, TaiChi, plus my favorite since childhood my art work.
Staff was very nice and helpful.
