Spoke to 2 office people this morning. BOTH SO RUDE. Immediately called my referring office to change to another doctor. The staff says it all for the doctors and in this case very poor service.

Brought my father in law for simple nerve testing. Dr. McCaffrey ignored or dismissed all of our questions. He rushed us out of the room so quickly, I barely had time to think or ask questions. As he was pushing us out I heard him tell his nurse —not us— that he was referring us to another doctor. All of that effort to get my 95 year old father in law into this building for absolutely not reason. Unprofessional. Overheard him discussing voting fraud conspiracy theories in office along with his religious convictions. Called office numerous times to schedule referral before anyone returned call. Making an appointment elsewhere. Seeking medical advice and don’t care to hear his political views or religious views.
