Brought my father in law for simple nerve testing. Dr. McCaffrey ignored or dismissed all of our questions. He rushed us out of the room so quickly, I barely had time to think or ask questions. As he was pushing us out I heard him tell his nurse —not us— that he was referring us to another doctor. All of that effort to get my 95 year old father in law into this building for absolutely not reason. Unprofessional. Overheard him discussing voting fraud conspiracy theories in office along with his religious convictions. Called office numerous times to schedule referral before anyone returned call. Making an appointment elsewhere. Seeking medical advice and don’t care to hear his political views or religious views.
Dr. Mcaffrey and staff have been with me since the start 20+ years ago. It will be very hard to trust another neurologist as much as I do, Dr. Mcaffrey. He has treated me very professionally yet compassionately. Thank you for sticking in there and I hope you have 20 more years left! Best, Ryan Egger
Tried since the spring of this year to make an appointment. His "staff" lost the referral, told me that my doctor never sent the referral, even though I saw the fax myself. I don't want to go where a "staff" is so incompetent, they have to lie because they lost a piece of paper.
