I am a first time home owner, and until recently I needed to find a new home during very hard personal circumstances. Michael did amazing in his role as realtor—in both understanding very well what I was looking for and in dealing with the sellers—all while clearly (and patiently) guiding me through the purchase process. 10 out of 10 I would recommend his services.
