The best things to come out of the whole process were a beautiful house and Michael. He treats you like family and whether you know plenty or very little about homes, he will make you capable and confident to make the best decision for yourself. Experienced, responsive and so very thoughtful!!
It was a pleasure to work with Michael. He is very punctual, active and responsive person. He understood our requirements and kept looking for a house that was best for us. He is very knowledgeable of Long Island neighborhoods, provided us with unmeasurable knowledge of the type of houses and costs. He never gave up and always happy to assist.
Michael handled all logistics involved with viewing multiple co-op units and provided details on the rules and costs for each location. He offered advice and solutions based on many years of experience and ensured that each step in the process moved along from submitting an offer to closing.
We were connected to Michael through our lender and he was the best thing to come out of the process. Michael exceeded our expectations and helped us into our dream home. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable and truly has your best interest at heart. We started looking for homes early august and closed in December and Michael was with us the entire way. I would not work with anyone else and when its time to sell this home I know who to call! Thank you again Michael for everything you did for us.
Michael was very knowledgeable about the home buying process and treated us like we were his family. He noticed details in houses that others might have missed. For example, one house had asbestos. In the end, he helped us find and buy the perfect home. The whole process went very smoothly. He has years of experience which is very valuable in the Real Estate industry.
