Michael is knowledgeable, honest, competent, and a joy to work with. He directed us to some excellent workers to do the necessary upgrades we wished to make before selling. We chose to work with him primarily because of the many units he has sold in our condo building. Even if this was not the case, his knowledge of the market would make him a good realtor for anyone wishing to sell or buy.
Michael and his team helped us tremendously through a very difficult time of my mom's passing. They helped get the condo. ready in record time and had a cash offer for us within 2 days!!! Michael was very helpful and encouraging throughout the sales experience. He guided us to determine an appropriate sales price and then staged the unit so it looked its very best. Sale price was 99% of asking price, and it sold in 8 days! We've already suggested him to our friends.
