I hired Michael Manning to assist me with the screening of tenants for my triplex in Santa Clara. I normally manage my property, but during COVID I felt it best to have assistance. Mike was responsive to my needs, knowledgeable, communicated well with tenant applicants, personable and pleasant to work with. I had two vacancies during the past year, thanks to Michale both have been filled. I recommend Manning Realty!

Michael and Darrick did a great job on selling my home. From start to finish it was a complete and positive experience. The whole process can be overwhelming, but Michael was able to break it down into very easy steps that I could follow and communicated everything along the way. They made it easy, like I didn’t have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend them.

Michael is one of the most patient, thoughtful professionals I've ever had the pleasure of working with, which is precisely what I needed as I was purchasing my first home.
