My husband and I worked with Michael Majchrowicz in purchasing a home in Santa Clara. I am a former Realtor so probably pickier than most and I was very impressed with Michael’s experience and local knowledge. He also made himself very available to us for showings. And gave us invaluable advice around the market conditions and processes when we were making offers. Moreover Michael has a warm demeanor and makes it fun.
