My husband and I worked with Michael Majchrowicz in purchasing a home in Santa Clara. I am a former Realtor so probably pickier than most and I was very impressed with Michael’s experience and local knowledge. He also made himself very available to us for showings. And gave us invaluable advice around the market conditions and processes when we were making offers. Moreover Michael has a warm demeanor and makes it fun. We engaged with Mike (Majchrowicz) to help us sell our house on the Cambrian/Los Gatos border area. I am so very grateful to have worked with Michael on the sale of my home. My transaction had more twists and turns than a normal sale, which in itself is already a stressful process. Michael handled the roller coaster of ups and downs with a strategic, graceful, and calm demeanor with never ending patience.
