I needed a needle biopsy on my pancreas due to high levels on a blood test. It was recommended to see Dr Michael Chang. Michelle helped me get scheduled ..The test was done yesterday and I could not have had better care; excellent, compassionate, professional care from the moment I got to the hospital, from the kind welcoming security guards to check in staff and then the procedure done by Dr Michael Chang and staff, including Ann, Megan and Amanda and others - I don’t remember all of them. This past Monday I had a colonoscopy. I was so nervous. Dr. Chang, Maddie, Sarah, the anesthesiologist & everyone else on their team were so kind & helpful. Even the IV went in smoothly & with no pain or bruising. In the operating room, the team played my favorite music ~ as I drifted off to sleep. From beginning to end the experience was Unbelievably pleasant & comfortable. Huge ThankYou to absolutely everyone! I admire & appreciate each one of you! Love, Berta Graaff.
I felt totally comfortable under Dr Chang’s care for a recent colonoscopy. I had side effects with two previous experiences and was not excited about having to go thru it again, but necessary on the other hand . Thanks for excellent care taken !
