Dr Lowley is a true blessing to me and my girls and takes time to listen and encourage!!
Absolutely horrible psychiatrist. I unfortunately have seen this doctor for about 5 years too long. Dealing with him, I got disrespected and judged about my life circumstances, insulted, and toyed with like a guinea pig while in his care. I have suffered multiple anxiety attacks from him either prescribing me medications that interact with each other KNOWINGLY or by him not weening me off any of the medications correctly. We had to change doctor's because their were times we would run out of meds and the doc was out of town or something else they would reschedule for. The staff DID NOT want to send the release form to my present doctor. First time I went in the office signed the form thinking it would be faxed. 2 weeks later the form could not be found. Signed again with nurse 'Mary' and she never faxed it. I was in her office (red flag of character) while she did this but not realizing she just made a copy of it.
