Mike was hired to do a job and paid in full. He then came back looking for more money. The job was not complete, I was never provided an invoice, I was charged too much, and am now taking him to court since I had to pay someone else to finish the actual job. He also did not provide the appropriate paperwork for my permit as was part of the work.
