My kids have been there and it was OK. Well we just when. 3 of my kids had appointments. We got there 10 till 10 and left at 10 till 1. 1. They tried to make me take out my daughter's ear rings that she will not take out. They got mad at me. 2. They use a regular toothbrush with toothpaste to brush my 2 year old's teeth then did not rinse out her mouth. So 10 minutes later she threw up 2x. My 3 kids have been seeing Dr. Leblanc since we moved here 7 years ago. Very nice, professional and interesting atmosphere and staff. My oldest son is severly autistic and they have always been very accommodating to his needs. Plus ice cream! How can I forget the ice cream!
While everyone seems nice there are too many miscommunication people with the office administration. I have now driven 8 hours in total, been turned away twice, and my child still hasn't had his procedures done. All of this due to human error on the clerical side. I'm so unhappy. Make sure you are very clear and triple ask multiple people in the office before you go.

What a wonderful experience! My daughter is very independent and I honestly dreaded this appointment bc I imagined she would be scared or just non compliant. This was absolutely not the case! Everyone was so warm, welcoming and inviting. Staff took their time and showed my daughter everything before they did it. I could not ask for a better experience. There arent enough words to describe what a wonderful experience we had. My daughter is 23 months old and can't wait to go back!
The best of the best!! Helped my little one's first time to the dentist not so scary... Thank you!!
