Incredible service from an amazing local crew. They did a full fireplace chimney cleaning and fixed some loose bricks during the Chimney repair. Then they checked out our HVAC system, providing excellent Air duct cleaning services. Lastly, they finished up with a vital Dryer Vent Repair. They left the house completely spotless. Thank you so much.
Company did a job with dryer vent cleaning, air duct cleaning and chimney repair. Brian was really nice knew his stuff and was respectful the time. He got rid of years of gunk, from the vents made the air flow better in my home and fixed the chimney carefully. He explained everything in a way that made sense and left the work area clean before he left. The price was fair. The work was good so I'd give them five stars. I appreciate the advice and I'll definitely use them again.
I judge companies by how they react when something unexpected comes up. Halfway through the visit, Marcus found damage around the chimney that wasn't part of the original appointment. Instead of trying to scare me into expensive work, he explained the options and let me decide. While I thought about it, he finished the dryer vent cleaning and air duct cleaning first. Once I approved it, he completed the chimney repair exactly as discussed. That level of honesty is the reason I'm writing this review.
