I typically don’t post on things like this, but enough is enough. We have been going here for 5 years and the quality of care has gotten progressively worse. From the seemingly revolving door of PAs (some that probably shouldn’t be working with children yet), to the ridiculous portal software they use, and then the lack of attention and follow up in interactions with doctor. This is really unfortunate as this was a wonderful practice with a doctor that went above-and-beyond when we started here.
Very professional and respectful of parents. No pushy sales tactics.
W my 5 kids have been seeing Dr. Le Bras for the last 6 years and he has always shown complete care. He even sent a referral out to not one but 2 places for an autism assessment for one of my kids. And has helped with other referrals for my oldest based off of MY oncerns . I have never had to ask for follow ups on any of these referrals either.
Ever since Dr. Labrosse sold his practice this place has gone downhill they never send referrals. I have to fight with my insurance constantly because this doctors office absolutely tanked. They never answer the phones when they should they say they’ll call you back they never do the receptionist are constantly quitting, and they’re firing and hiring new people do not go here. Kids MUST be vaccinated so if that’s what you like for your kids this is the office for you.
