Dr. Lai cares about me and my family. He never let us wait for too long for emergency treatments. His technique and experience are excellent. His diagnosis is accurate and does not ask patients to undergoing unnecesary procedure.
a minute ago-Edit My dentist of 20 years retired. Chose Dr. Lai's office due to a review stating the office was low-key, has very good dental treatment and friendly staff. All this was true. Have been treated by Dr. Lai and also his newer Associate Dentists. I had previously been told I needed a new crown and root canal. Dr. Lai could not see any problem, but did refer me to an oral surgeon for second opinion. That was two years ago, and no root canal and no problem. Big thank you for that one!!!
