Take these with a grain of salt You can tell by reading some of these how ridiculous they are. I went to Dr Gordon my whole childhood (I'm an adult now) and never had a problem. Yes, kids have to be restrained - you try sticking your hands in a wild screaming kids mouth. I had car problems so I called to reschedule my boys appointment i was 10 MINUTES LATE AND WAS TOLD MY BOYS COULD NOT RESCHEDULE FOR 3 YEARS!!!! UNBELIEVABLE!!!! What kind of dentist is this!!!!! now i have to find another dentist for my kids THIS PLACE IS A JOKE! HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.

the staff is unfriendly. His dental chairs are in a big opened room where not alot of space. He left my daughter with the gas mask on her nose with her mouth clamped open to see another patient. there is not alot of walking room. They dont tell you that your child has to sit in waiting room for an hour while waiting for meds to help relax sets in. its dirty. the cancellation policy they dont explain

My child had a sedation appointment, while I ran to take my older child to practice he ate some cereal. I called the office and was told that I couldn’t bring him to the appointment and that someone would call me to reschedule! Well in the mail yesterday I got a letter telling me that since he didn’t go to that appointment they will not see any of my children for 3 years! Office staff can be very rude at times. Always runs behind schedule.
Honestly, I’ve never had a service from this location...but the reviews say enough for me to look elsewhere! This is awful and not a good representation of what services should be. When you see “Beware” in the review...don’t ignore the red flags!
I arrived early for a new patient appointment for my daughter who is 1. On the phone they said I should be in and out in 15 minutes because it’s a quick check for one year old to make sure their teeth are coming in. We waited over an hour, the excuse was they had to file the paper work. I had filled it out quickly! It doesn’t take over 45 minutes to file paperwork.
