The doctor was very friendly and knowledgable. He took a lot of time listening to me and examining my injury. I felt immediate comfort when he described what was going on. I wish there were more doctors like him. The staff was very helpful too. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I am doing great!

This providers office staff is very disorganized. I have repeatedly been called by them for an annual exam that already happened. In-shoe orthotics were ordered over 5 months ago and I still haven't received them. I have repeatedly called for a status and I have not got an answer why my orthotics haven't come in. I have also asked several times to talk directly with the doctor and the doctor never called back. The doctor has a nice personality and seems very knowledgeable, but his staff is terrible. They are happy to answer all of my questions Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they had everything you could possibly need! Are you going to visit this provider again? Sure Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Yes Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say!
They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.
