Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Is this business handicap-accessible? They are always so friendly and welcoming to me during my appointments. They strive to make every patient feel valued and important. They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here. Did your eye exam hurt at all? Not at all, the exam was so much better than others I've had Did this optometrist provide you with an accurate prescription? Absolutely, I can finally see well again!
