2005 A strange thing happened in the laboratory in the midst of a delicate assay with deadly pathogenic viruses. A thumb spontaneously jerked and locked, a condition called trigger thumb. Not ideal, unsteady hands could lead to accidental contamination of the lab. I chose Dr. Kulick from the list of Hand Surgeons in the Bay Area. Within minutes of meeting him I new my career was in the proper hands. Surgery and back to work. 2007 Tenosynovectomy.Retired 2015, 2017 surgery repaired right hand.
Dr Kulick was very professional from Day 1. He answered all my questions about my injury and worked with me to decide what the best options were for my injury. I’m good as new and that’s thanks to doctor Kulick! -Greg P
My daughter went to see Dr. Kulick for a sports injury to her hand. The receptionist was friendly, responsive and able to squeeze us in at a moment’s notice. We were never kept waiting for an appointment. Dr. Kulick was kind, personable and respectful to both my daughter and I.
A growth recently developed on my forehead. As time passed, it got big and people were noticing it. I made an appointment with Dr. Kulick's office, and they accepted my ordinary insurance. He told me he could remove the growth, but that a scar would likely remain. After removing the bump, Dr. Kulick stitched the wound closed and asked me to return in 7 days for observation and removal of the stitches. Two weeks later, there was not a trace of the growth or the cut. There is no scar. Amazing!
Michael Kulick performed my first procedure in 1994, an upper blepharoplasty. I was so pleased with the results that I had several other procedures performed by him over the next 5 years, including facelift, neck lift, tummy tuck and facial resurfacing. The results have lasted over 2o years. Highly recommend him.
i had a non-invasive procedure with Dr. Kulick to help melt fat from the front of my thighs as well as firm and tighten the skin. So far I am very pleased with the results... it requires multiple sessions depending on the area and age, so I will go back at least 2-3 more times but have already seen a reduction. Dr. Kulick was also extremely patient and explained all options. He seemed genuinely concerned with making sure I had realistic expectations so I would be happy with the results.
Michael Kulick was my main physician during a 2+ year long healing process. He performed six reconstructive operations on my left arm, wrist, and hand. During this time I got to know Michael Kulick as an excellent communicator, skilled surgeon, and as someone I highly recommend. To me – it is painstakingly clear that my body heals at its own pace, in its own way. Their are a few negative reviews left by others that lead me to wonder if their stress and anger has been misdirected. Feel free t
Worst experience I had. Went to see him for a hand injury. Without any doubt and looking only the X-rays he told me I needed surgery in the next few days to fix my thumb ligaments. Afraid, I went to UCSF to get a second opinion. It turned out, after complementary tests (which seemed to be obviously needed to the UCSF hand specialist) that nothing was wrong with my ligaments. I had a sesamoid fracture that Dr. Kulick didn't see, probably too busy trying to get me pay for surgery.
